Why am I in the Real Estate business? I love everything about it!
Especially the opportunity to meet, partner with and befriend people as we work together toward selling, buying, building or investing in real estate. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in real estate. I have partnered with a great company Keller Williams Realty and its associates as well as with attorneys and lenders to provide great service and to meet the challenges that are a part of the industry. I have achieved the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) credentials putting me in an elite group of real estate professionals. I have received my Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) to better serve my buyers as Alabama is a buyers beware state. I am a member of the Huntsville/Madison Area Association of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association through our family owned business Stonecraft Construction, (a division Imagine Inc. visit us at www.uimagineit.com) which was created to provide energy efficient custom built homes and services. And as an additional client benefit I am currently working toward receiving an Interior Decorating Certification to assist in staging your home for sale or in designing the interior and exterior elements of your newly constructed home.
We (my husband and I) have lived in Huntsville/Madison area for over 25 years and like so many transplants to the area have come to love it. The geographically diversity with its caves, mountains, rivers and valleys offer opportunities for some of my favorite outdoor activities of hiking, bird watching, canoeing, fishing. You can also find opportunities for spelunking, rock climbing, boating, and hunting. More importantly I love the diversity of the people. Thanks to the Space Industry and the Redstone Arsenal the area is unlike any other in Alabama. Folks from around the world and the fifty states have enriched the area by calling it home. Yet the best of Southern hospitality, history and culture remains.
The area is full of promise and opportunity as noted by many national publications that place it in the top ten best places in which to live and work. That means it is a great place to raise a family (as we did with our son and daughter) with great schools, cultural and sporting activities and events, some of the finest institutions of higher education in Alabama, as well as being a place that fosters entrepreneurialism.
